"Lois Jones was my solicitor and I can honestly say she was faultless. She ensured that the home I was buying was not going to have any legal issues in the future (issues with building regs), she was there when I backed out (due to an unexpected HMO arrival) and was there again a few days later when I found that that was no longer an issue, and as a first time buyer she was constantly reassuring and guiding. I had no idea what to do in this entire process, but as a whole they have been so considerate and knowledgeable, simply faultless. I also highly rate their app for keeping me in the know at all times. I would recommend them to anybody and would use them again without hesitation. I cannot thank Lois or her team enough.
"The assistance I received was extremely helpful, efficient and humane. I was updated with the status of my legal matter as soon as needed and was also given thorough informing of the details of the legal matter. I would definitely recommend to everyone who was in my same position of requiring legal aid. Honestly I can't praise them enough."
"I 100% recommend HPJV solicitors; the service provided to me and my family was outstanding, and Jade Cox helped me through the lowest part of my life and supported me throughout every process, giving me the best result I could ever dream of. The communication provided was phenomenal, with responses to each email in-depth and phoning me to have clarification on each point I asked. I really can't reiterate how much this lady has made a difference in my life, and without her support, I wouldn't have gotten through the past six months. Keep up the fantastic work; without a doubt, if ever needed, I would use HPJV solicitors again."
"From the bottom of my heart, Thank you for all your support and all the endless hours and effort you've put into all of this. For never doubting me and being there at the drop of an email, you have given me faith in humanity."
" Highly recommended. I've been with HPJV for the last few months, and worked with Lois who was reassuring, friendly and professional. What more could you ask for? If I need a solicitor again, I will definitely be using their services again."
