Julianne Hamling
Julianne joined hpjv solicitors in 2002 having qualified as a solicitor in 2001. She became a Partner in the Family department in 2008 and is a member of the Law Society Child Care Panel.
She is experienced in all areas of Family and Matrimonial law. She can also offer advice on financial matters following separation. Julianne can advise on Change of Name Deeds for clients, Statutory Declarations for couples who wish to get married abroad and Prenuptial Agreements for those clients who wish to plan for their future.
She has a wealth of experience in representing clients who require injunctions to protect themselves and their children from domestic violence and harassment from their partners and other family members.
Julianne represents clients who need advice and assistance when Social Services have become involved in their family lives, where children have been placed outside the family home in alternative placements such as foster care and in cases where a family member may wish to be assessed as an alternative carer for those children.
When not at work, Julianne enjoys spending time with her family and supporting the youth football team F.C. Caerffili.
